Help the hungry this holiday

The Friends of the Coburn Free Library and the Family Reading Partnership of Owego/Apalachin have joined together to put both books and food into the hands of local residents.  Beginning on November 29, donate non-perishable food items to feed the hungry and you may take a book as a thank you.  A variety of available books are located on and around the “Giving Tree”.  This event will continue until December 20, at which time the food collected will be taken to local charities.
