The Board of the Coburn Free Library meets the third Thursday of each month at 10:00 am in the Eva Thomas room. Board meetings are open to the public. All are welcome to attend.
OACSD Board of Education members residing in the Village of Owego are automatic CFL Trustees, per our founding documents. The OACSD Board of Education Members listed below are currently non-participating library trustees; however, they are included in all Board emails and encouraged to respond and participate in discussion and meetings.
