The ARTS Council of the Southern Finger Lakes in partnership with the New York State Council on the Arts is launching the 2026 Round 1 Community Arts, Teaching Artist, and Individual Artist Grants for artists, organizations, towns, and more in Cattaraugus, Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, and Tioga counties.
