You are invited to create your own work of “tissue paper” art at the Coburn Library on Tuesday, April 23rd from 5:30-6:30pm in the Hilda Grimes Room

Owego resident, Rev. Dr. Cynthia Huling Hummel will lead the activity. All supplies will be provided and there is no cost to participants. SEATING IS LIMITED, SO RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED on the Library’s website or by calling the library at 607-687-3520.
