Old Business:   

• Charities Bureau – The accountant’s review report submitted by Jan Nolis for 2020 and 2021 was accepted by the Charities Bureau. Our registration status is current and no longer under review.   Documentation of this will be provided to Ellen Keough, Board Secretary, to be kept with the meeting minutes.

New Business:

• HVAC Issues – Discuss quote from Martin’s Plumbing and Heating for main building air conditioning repair

Next meeting of the Board of Trustees:  July 20 at 1:00 pm.
