Do you live in Tioga County? Are you having issues finding and keeping safe and affordable housing?
Finding the resources you need can be frustrating. Wouldn’t it be great if all of the resources you needed were in the same place at the same time? On June 23rd at 6pm, they will be. Join us at Coburn Free Library 275 Main Street, Owego, to learn about programs that can help you!
With this meeting, we hope to wrap a supportive net around attendees providing access to Tioga DSS, Tioga Opportunities, 2-1-1, Legal Assistance of Western NY, the Open Door Mission, Catholic Charities, Tioga Rural Ministries, and representatives from Law NY. As a community resource hub, the library is the perfect location, especially since we can provide internet, public computers, copy machines, and computer support as needed for attendees as they move forward after the meeting.
Interpreters available upon request. Contact (607) 273-3667 to request an interpreter in advance.
Learn about what each organization can do to help those facing housing insecurity, loss of housing, or who are struggling to find affordable housing.
Community feedback is welcome!
